Easy Homemade Pickled Red Onions Recipe
I am obsessed with my homemade pickled onions! They are the perfect addition to sandwiches (I used them on my pulled pork sandwiches a lot), pasta salads, potato salads, and tacos. I make a large batch from a bag of red onions and they last up to two weeks in the fridge but I usually eat them much sooner!
Below is my favorite measurement for each ingredient, but please play with it and make it your own. I like my pickled onions a little sweeter so you might want to adjust the sugar. I have tried white wine vinegar, white vinegar, and apple cider vinegar and they have come out great every time!
